应用案例 

案例一:乳胶漆的增稠与抗流挂

挑战: 乳胶漆粘度过低会导致在立面施工时漆膜过薄,出现流挂、流淌现象,遮盖力下降。

应用CMCCMC作为主增稠剂或辅助增稠剂,能迅速建立涂料的粘度,特别是中高剪切下的粘度,使涂料在刷涂或辊涂时具有合适的稠度,漆膜丰满,且能有效抵抗重力影响,防止流挂。

案例二:涂料的储存稳定性(防沉降)

挑战: 涂料中的钛白粉、碳酸钙等颜填料密度远大于水,在长期静置储存中会慢慢沉降到底部,形成难以分散的硬块。

应用CMC CMC在涂料中形成的网状结构,能提供足够的屈服值和低剪切粘度,将颜填料颗粒“托住”,极大地延缓其沉降趋势,保持涂料体系的均一稳定。

案例三:延长开放时间与改善流平性

挑战: 在干燥或多风天气施工时,水分蒸发过快,导致漆膜过早“表干”,刷痕明显,且新旧涂刷接痕无法消除。

应用CMC CMC是一种优良的保水剂。它能像海绵一样吸附大量水分,并缓慢释放,从而延长了漆膜的湿润时间(开放时间),让漆膜有更充分的时间进行流动和流平,最终形成一个平整、光滑的表面。
