应用案例
案例一：乳胶漆的增稠与抗流挂
挑战： 乳胶漆粘度过低会导致在立面施工时漆膜过薄，出现流挂、流淌现象，遮盖力下降。
应用CMC：CMC作为主增稠剂或辅助增稠剂，能迅速建立涂料的粘度，特别是中高剪切下的粘度，使涂料在刷涂或辊涂时具有合适的稠度，漆膜丰满，且能有效抵抗重力影响，防止流挂。
案例二：涂料的储存稳定性（防沉降）
挑战： 涂料中的钛白粉、碳酸钙等颜填料密度远大于水，在长期静置储存中会慢慢沉降到底部，形成难以分散的硬块。
应用CMC： CMC在涂料中形成的网状结构，能提供足够的屈服值和低剪切粘度，将颜填料颗粒“托住”，极大地延缓其沉降趋势，保持涂料体系的均一稳定。
案例三：延长开放时间与改善流平性
挑战： 在干燥或多风天气施工时，水分蒸发过快，导致漆膜过早“表干”，刷痕明显，且新旧涂刷接痕无法消除。
应用CMC： CMC是一种优良的保水剂。它能像海绵一样吸附大量水分，并缓慢释放，从而延长了漆膜的湿润时间（开放时间），让漆膜有更充分的时间进行流动和流平，最终形成一个平整、光滑的表面。
